How can i book a stay

You can make a reservation through various channels.
For the best rates and conditions, book directly via our website.

If you wish, you can make a reservation by e-mail or telephone.


A credit card is required to make a reservation via our website.

You do not have a credit card? You can make a reservation by phone or via e-mail and pay a deposit.

Is the hotel accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Our hotel has been awarded the A-label.

The hotel and all associated facilities are accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The hotel has 4 adapted rooms on the ground floor. The rooms contain: wide doors, tiles on the floor, fully adapted bathroom with open shower and a seat on the wall.

Check in:

  • You can check in from 15h00 to 18h00.
  • Do you wish to check in earlier or later? Please contact us to ask.

Check out:

  • We ask you to leave your room between 8h00 and 11h00.
  • After 12h00 and before 14h00 we ask for a supplement of €20.
  • After 14h00 the next night will be charged.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included in the room price. We provide a generous breakfast buffet from 8am to 10am.

Can I, as a non-hotel guest, have breakfast at the hotel? That is possible. You can book by telephone or via the restaurant Mozart

Wifi ?

Free wireless internet access is available throughout the complex.

Bicycle storage

We provide a bicycle storage for our customers.

At the reception you can obtain a badge for access.

Pets

Pets are allowed in the hotel with a supplement of € 10,00 per night, per pet.

Pets are also allowed in the restaurant and breakfast room.

It is forbidden to leave your pet alone in the room at times when you leave the hotel.

Cancellation conditions

Direct reservation

  • In case of cancellation less than 7 days before arrival, 50% of the accommodation cots will be charged.
  • These conditions do not apply to "non-refundable" reservations.
  • *" Non-refundable" reservations cannot be canceled or modified. 100% of the accommodationcost will be charged at all times.

Indirect reservation (Booking.com, Expedia, Hotel Specials,...)

  • The cancellation conditions of the site itself apply here.
Advances

Advances can be paid if you do not have a credit card available.

The advance is 50% of the total sum and can only be paid with a direct booking or after contacting the hotel itself, so that you will receive a specific mail from us with request for payment.

Electric charging

Our underground garages are equipped with a basic socket  where you can charge your electric car.

It is not possible to use the fast load option.
